All service contracts must be within the coverage area; any request outside the coverage area cannot be processed. If restrictions prevent installation even within the coverage area, the client will be notified in a timely manner.

Contracting Requirements

Registration on the Smartnet Telecom LLC website — The client must register the requested data in the form available on our website smartnett.us
Payment of 1 month in advance at the time of installation. — Payment equivalent to the first monthly rental of the contracted plan must be made at the prompt-payment price.
Official Identification. — As a contracting requirement for Smartnett services, the contractor must present an official identification at the time of service installation.

Smartnet Telecom LLC will use a third-party payment processor ("Payment Processor") to link the Smartnet Telecom LLC Subscriber's credit card to the payment gateway.

Payment processing regarding usage, including the contracting of Services, will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the Payment Gateway and the respective credit card issuer, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Smartnet Telecom LLC shall not be liable for any error by the Payment Processor.

Conditions

Smartnet Telecom LLC, including all content, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the company or its licensors, and is protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States and other applicable laws or International Treaties. The compilation of all content and any software or other material on Smartnet Telecom LLC is the exclusive property of the company and/or its licensors and is protected by the aforementioned legislation. The content may not be reproduced or used without the express written authorization of Smartnet Telecom LLC or its licensors. The company reserves the right to terminate any account or Subscriber access if it considers that unauthorized copies or use of copyright-protected content have been made in violation of the rights of the company or its licensors.

Only Smartnet Telecom LLC shall hold full title and ownership of intellectual property rights, as well as any suggestion, idea, improvement request, comment, recommendation, or other information provided by the Subscriber to Smartnet Telecom LLC. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a sale and shall not transfer to the Subscriber any ownership rights or any intellectual property rights held by Smartnet Telecom LLC.

Indemnification

The Subscriber of Smartnet Telecom LLC agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company against any and all claims, including expenses and costs arising from misuse of our brand.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions

Smartnet Telecom LLC reserves the right to take all legal actions necessary to remedy any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including restricting access to our portal and digital media to certain Subscribers of Smartnet Telecom LLC.

Smartnet Telecom LLC shall have the right to investigate and cooperate with the competent authorities in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions by the Subscriber. It shall have the right to monitor the Subscriber's access to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, to comply with applicable legislation, and to comply with any order or requirement from a competent court, administrative agency, or any other governmental body. The company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Smartnet Telecom LLC platform if it considers, at its sole discretion, that the Subscriber violates or has violated these Terms and Conditions or is in any way detrimental to Smartnet Telecom LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared void, illegal, or unenforceable, or conflicts with the law, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect unless Smartnet Telecom LLC decides to terminate them. The Subscriber may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by no longer using Smartnet Telecom LLC.

Smartnet Telecom LLC may also terminate these Terms and Conditions of use at any time and shall do so immediately without prior notice, and may deny access to the digital platforms of Smartnet Telecom LLC if, at its sole discretion, it considers that the Subscriber has failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable legislation. Once these Terms and Conditions are terminated by either party, the Subscriber must immediately destroy all materials downloaded or obtained from the web portal, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms and Conditions of use or not.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Smartnet Telecom LLC shall be governed, interpreted, and subject to the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Subscribers expressly submit to the laws and competent courts of Harris County, Texas, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them for any reason.

All conflicts, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the breach, termination, execution, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Harris County, Texas.
